Created in 1996 by Franck Dallavalle, Acorus initially specialized in the renovation of housing for social housing providers in Ile-de-France.
Assuming its leadership in 2010, Philippe Benquet, former managing executive at Elis, Acorus accelerated its development through its positioning on the renovation market, through the industrialization of its lean management approach that nurtured renewed confidence from its historical customers and its entrance into new markets such as the hotel industry and health care.
In 15 years, Acorus has built a solid reputation through its pioneering and original positioning as a “building services company”, combining expertise in all trades, knowledge of construction sites and renovation in an occupied setting and a customer service based approach. Backed by its expertise, Acorus continues to achieve strong growth in its five business lines: rehabilitation, restoration of residential units, servicing, maintenance and adaptation for persons with reduced mobility.
An engineer (Graduate of ECP and Sciences Po), Philippe Benquet spent 15 years in BtoB service groups (Veolia Environnement and then Elis) in profit-center management and general management positions.
Philippe Benquet took over Acorus in February 2010.
